It is hard to understand dreams for the same reason a test that you never went over is hard to pass. What I am saying is that a dream is a test of your intelligence and how you interpret a dream is how well you know yourself. No dream is put before you that cannot be interpretted. The better you understand you dreams the hard and more confusing they will become. Dreams are like a never ending test to try to make you a better person. ![]() |

Asleep or wide awake, the subconscious is like a tape recorder and registers continuously and that is becuase the senses are aware of the inner self which never sleeps. This also explains why associations with some symbols apear in dreams are difficult to interpret as they are not consciously observed. All signs, messages and symbols in dreams are comprised of everything the dreamer has ever read, heard, said thought, felt, see, imagined or eaten. One must be extrememly careful not to confuse signs, messages, the verbal or visual puns with symbols. Signs and messages mean exactly what is said. The most fundamental aspect of dream symbology is that it's a univeral language, teaching and saving permanet truths (basic). WE dream in symbols because we think in symbols or pirctures at the conscious level. There are four types of dreams: physical, mental emotional and spiritual. In dreams, the dreamer plays every part, as well as the villains, bogey, the stage, actors, the audience and the props involved also represent facets of the ego. The four primary sources of dreams are: Our own subconscious with many levels, the subconscious of another which we communicate with, the superconscious, and God. We all have family problems. We all eat, work, complain, laugh and shed tears. We all wear clothins and more or less find our selves interested in our fellow man; we enjoy varyng degress of rapport with out friends and out of all these responses and experience , one can find them woven in their dreams in a symbolic manner. Though dreams themselves may be superfically similiar in ways, their actual significance must always be indivdual to the dreamer. Dreams remember differ greatly from Visions. Dreams use symbols that relate to our daily lives but Visions are presented in a realistic light and very little (if ever) will symbols be used. |
