ALMOND BUTTER CRUNCH   Author:  23075  Category:(Household) Created:(9/7/2008 6:48:00 AM) This post has been Viewed (66 times) 1 cup blanched almonds 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon light corn syrup Layout 12 inches of foil or a baking sheet, buttered. Combine all ingredients in large skillet. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue to stir constantly until mixture turns golden brown. Takes approximately 6 minutes. Quickly spread candy on buttered foil or baking sheet. Cool for about 15 minutes. Peel off and bread into pieces.
