I had a truely wonderful experience that happened to me when I was a little girl. It was when I was four years old in 1975. My father worked on a chicken farm and sometimes took me and my brother with him so we could see the little peepees. One particular trip the three of us where in the top floor of the chicken house. He specifically told me and my brother to stay away from this board that was laying on the floor. Now being as little as we were it only made us want to play with it. My father was busy going about his work. Me and my brother piled some straw on this board and he got on one side of it and I got on the other. We picked it up and before my father noticed we started walking. My brother being the one to walk backwards and me toward the hole in the floor that this board had been covering. Through the hole I went. Now you would think that I would instantly fall and hit the concrete floor beneath. However, that is when an invisible person craddled me in their arms like a baby and slowly started lowering me down to the floor beneath. I can remember very plainly to this day the voice that calmly telling me "Don't worry,Connie it will be ok. Don't look down". I didn't look down but looked all around the room as I slowly was brought down and sat on the floor. Just as I came to rest my father came flying down the steps over to me. He did not see how slowly I came down or that anything unusual had happened. I was too young at the time to think to tell him of this. He just scooped me up and took off running to the car and rushed me to the nearest hospital. Once there the could find nothing wrong with me, not even a scratch. I was wondering what all the fuss was about. It wasn't till I was a little older did I start to tell people of what I remember happening to me that day. How it changed my life:I am very proud to say that I had an experience like this one. It has helped with my faith. For I know without a doubt we have a very powerful God that has angels at his command. Everthing happens for a reason. We just have to learn in time what the reason is.
