Why Did The State Cover It Up?   Author: 152  Category:(Crimes) Created:(9/10/1999 4:18:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (1449 times) On Friday, August 27 my x husband, the father of my 3 children was picked up for in West Palm Beach, Fl. for drug trafficking. He had never been in trouble before. He was taken to a Federal Prison in Miami. On the following Wednesday he had an arraignment hearing. At this arraignment he was told he had a good chance of beating this because he had no prior convictions. I was at the arrainment hearing. It got over at approximately 11:00 at which he was to be taken back to Miami(from WPB). He did not arrive back in Miami until very late that evening around 11:30. When he called me he was very dissoriented like if he had been drugged or something. While his sister and I were waiting in the hallway for the arraignment hearing to start 2 DEA agents who had no clue why we were there were talking in the hallway and said "We have to nail -----. I want him bad," referring to my x husband. On Friday August 31, 1990 my son, myself, my xhusbands father and sister went to Miami to see him. He was getting out on bond on the following Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. We left after visiting hours were over around 4:30 pm, leaving kind of worried because he still did not seem to be in his right mind. The night before this his sister had made several calls to the prison to tell them he needed medical attention because he was losing it with no success. He was in solitary confinement because he asked to be there. The guy who ratted on him was there also and he did not want any trouble. We got home at around 6:00 pm and later received a phone call that he had committed suicide......There are alot of strange mishaps in this story...First of all we asked that an autopsy be done in West Palm Beach, so the prison was aware that we were going to have another autopsy once the body was shipped up here. When the body got here there was ntohing left to do an autopsy on. They had taken the brain, the chest cavity, everything.....His nose looked like it had been broken....How does one hang themselves from a bunk bed? I was contacted by a well known attorney out of Miami to sue the government for one million dollars in behalf of my children. They approached me. They worked on this case for almost a year and then called out of the blue one day and said they were dropping the case.....Very strange.....If anyone has any information on this case I would love to hear from you. The guard we spoke to mysteriously dissapeared right after the death and noone could ever reach him...For more information please respond to this story.
