I remember before the chat session, I had asked "Vreeland" several questions to which he never responded. Any of thoes questions would have made it easy to identify whether he was real. The night of the chat, havinf read where he said he was stationed, I asked him pointed questions concerning two of those duty stations. He could never answer any of the questions. One of the questions, concerning the training vessel at the north end of the PT grinder, would have been answerable by anyone that ever did basic at Orlando, FL. I guess he never figured some "hillbilly" from Alabama would be able to trip hom up.  |

I remember him now...a voice chat was set up with him and some of us to question him...all I remember about that session is that he cussed like a sailor and was very defensive, not at all convincing.  |

Eddo, the purpose is that he was a con artist, came on here telling a made up story, and had several people convinced that he was for real. At that time, he was in Canada, and seeking asylum on his trumped up story, and there were people here wanting to help him. When he was found out though, he left the site. I became curious when I came across an old post from the time he was here. |

Oh yeasssh, sure do remember this character. Take a look at this post by him wherein he was getting grilled by many, included me, and he didn't like being ask questions; didn't answer, and got very nasty in PM's to you and I. I know Enki believed him, but not sure if he changed his mind later or not?  |

Eddo, at the time he was on USM, there was a case involving him in the courts in Canada, a high profile case, that had his story been true, would have serious ramifications concerning the events of 9-11. For whatever reason he came here trying to gain allies to his case. After he left USM, he suddenly dropped out of site in Canada, and some thought at first he may be dead. As his arrest shows, he was anything but dead. |
