We make coffe every day. I'm trying the body scrub and am going to put it in my hair to see if it will naturally darken it. |

I've heard bad things about #10, mostly that the sudden loss of "inches" is all water leaving the body from sweat. Afterwords, when you're nice and thirsty, drinking water simply refills everything you lost, at least that's what I'm told. I've been putting coffee grounds (with their used filters) into my compost pile in my garden most of the summer. They decompose quickly. |

#5886 mentioned the sudden inches lost being mostly water weight. That does hold true for a regular herbal body wrap but not the coffee scrub. The coffee method only stimulates fat deposits on the body. Circualtion to those troubled areas will smooth out the cellulite over time. This is nice if you want to look your best on a particular evening or in a swimsuit. As a fashion model, I use this method often before photo shoots and it always works for me. The saran warp helps to insulate the body heat giving even better results. What have you got to lose but a few inches LOL!!! |
