Years ago, my family and I had lived in the basement of a church. This was a place that we called home. Although what happened, none of us in the beginning would have thought that it may have been occupied with some spirits. Every night I as well as some other family members, could here people upstairs talking faintly and/or moving around. There were instances when also you could hear footsteps behind you as you walked as if you were being followed by someone. We had lived there for over 2 years and then we moved out. Just 2 years ago, someone had broken into the building because we had used it for storage. That night, my brother and his friend and I went to check it out to see if there were anything stolen. When we got in there everything seemed calm. As my brother was looking in the attic on the second floor, I and my brother's friend saw light bulbs being screwed into 5 empty sockets and were lit up. At first there was only one light bulb that was working as well as there! was only one light bulb in all of the sockets. After that had happened, I and the friend kinda freeked out and my brother came out of the attic and to his astonishment asked us why it was lighter in there. We could not exactly explain it that moment but we were able to run out of there. To this day, I am not sure of what happened but I do not let it bother me.
