Alot of USMers leave me messages asking about Civil War Reenactments, since my husband and I and our family reenact. I figured I would let ya'll know there is a reenactment this weekend in Andersonville, Ga. You can attend the battle, check out the suttlers (little shops selling things of that period), visit the graveyard, ect. If you have never been to a reenactment, this is a good one to go to. I havent been to this one personally, but my family has been and they really had a good time. My kids love to go to Andersonville.
Also, for the ghost hunters, its a good place to go. I hear they have alot of ghost sightings in the evenings at this reenactment. I am assuming its because of the people dressed all out like the 1860s. I dunno! LOL
