In it, I was about 10 and I came home from school or something and my dad was replaced with Rob (my abusive stepdad). We had a pit bull. It was all snarling and growling, it was scary. Rob told me to come sit on his lap. I did, and he told me to watch TV with him. I did. Then he started beating the crap out of me. I was bleeding all over, and then he pushed me off the couch and told me to get outside. Then he sicced the pit bull on me. I still had some books from school, and whenever I raised them up as if I was gonna hit the dog, it just sat. So I was running kind of sideways away from the dog. I made it to what I guess was my friend's house. I opened their privacy fence and the whole family was jumping on the trampoline. I climbed up on the trampoline all beaten up and bloody and they asked what happened. I told them what happened, and asked them to call the police. The dad said he couldn't, because he wasn't really an adult. For some reason this made sense to me, so I let myself back out and looked around. No dog. I ran to this gigantic building. When I got inside there was about 19 hallways in front of me. I took the closest one. There were doors and hallways everywhere. I peeked in the doors and found different rooms of a house: living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. They were all either the rooms of peoples' houses I've seen before in real life, or REALLY fancy. I kept running and just ended up at the dead end, where there was a massive door. I opened it and in it were a bunch of flights of stairs. I went up one and at the top was a party of disformed kids. I went down, then up another flight of stairs. There was a party of school teachers at the top. So I tried telling them what happened, I'm sitting there bleeding, and no one would help me. Then I ran into Rob. He pushed me down the stairs, and just before I hit the ground..... I woke up.
A little bit after that, I had a dream that someone in an old Explorer smashed through my garage, annhilating half of it, then stole my dad's '87 Corvette and replace it with some other ugly red sports car that doesn't actually exist. Weird. How it changed my life:Uh, well, it didn't.
