I totally understand how you feel. Time away from everything for a while might help, if possible for you. Just time to relax. Ive always found sleep to be a great stress reliever. You dont have to think about anything and you might not realize how much sleep you actually needed. Good luck and I hope you feel better. Its bad enough to feel that way, but even worse when you cant exactly pinpoint what is making you feel that way. |

I don't have any advice, but know you aren't alone. I've had an uneasy feeling for weeks now. I can't explain it and I don't know where it comes from. It's had me somewhat depressed. I hope you are able to figure out what is wrong and deal with it. Feel free to msg me if you need someone to talk to. |

Here are a few things that have worked for me at times. Walk, till you are tired, I once got in a fight with hubby and went down to the HS track and walked three miles, picturing stepping on his face all the way. Daily Excersise is great! Break something, just sling some stuff up against the wall and smash it good, that is something I have recently started since becomming pregnant, darn horomones, usually dishes that just wont sit right in the dish drainer, but hey, I got a dishwasher from hubby last week as an early B-Day present. : ) Umm try anything that will let some of the aggression out of you, hopefully something positive, but whatever works! Take Care! |

And the point of all that is to change the chemicals in the body to break the cycle they are in. Kind of like shaking up a bottle of old makeup or nail polish when you can start to see the ingredients separating. |

If your into nature, being outside can put things into perspective. Go by yourself so you can easily reflect. Or else, hang out with a best friend and do something that really allows you to talk. Also, writing and drawing have really helped me through some terrible times. Forgive me if you're young...but physical pleasure can do wonders, too. Oh...deep breathing. That is something you can do. Most people don't realize the benefits. I usually fill my lungs as full as I can and then I breathe in sharply as many times I can. If you hold it (not too long) you can feel how your body responds to the large amount of fresh air. Hope these help. I've had to practice many forms of relaxation...these ominous feelings, I know, can make life very uncomfortable. |
