I wasn't saying she should be in a crate ALL the time, i just ment at night, and when you're not home, because a puppy will ALWAYS get into things, until they're at least a year old. |

a puppy is like a little child... it's a good way to look at it when you go to punish your pup or just how to care for your pup in general... you wouldn't lock a child away for a day in a box you don't do it to a puppy... you don't expect a little child to know right from wrong... you don't expect that of a puppy |

Honestly, puppy doesn't know why she's in the garage right now. The best time to inforce discipline is when the action takes place....not an hour or two later. They forget a few minutes after the event happens and locking her in the garage is teaching her nothing. |
