I watched the tail end of it, because, well.. There wasnt anything else on. I have never been a DC fan, never sat through a whole show of it either, but it did make me cry when that girl died.. I was lost in it, but I guess I agree.. lol.. I think Shows do the Unpredictable just because they can and they know that it will capture people more.. How did that girl die anyway? I missed that part.. just saw it when she died and the grandma kissed her forehead.. I thought it was sad, but Im a sappy person like that.. More of a Buffy freak anyways though  *hugs*  |

Ya know I didnt follow this show faithfully, i would catch a show here and there but i knew i had to see the series finale. I really did like it. And the best part, it all made sense as to why Joey and Pacey came to be in the end...=)  |

WHY call it Dawson's Creek then?????!!!! It's official, I hate the show, some friends gave me spoilers but I didn't want to believe them and they were right  How could she end up with him!!! Then again come to think of it the finale was good because Dawson was better off. Still, hated the finale. Hehe, sorry, mixed emotions here.  |

One that can't be broken no matter what. I think J/D relation was way beyong love and being together wouldn't have been enough. I hope that makes sense. |

I think alot of peopled expected Joey to go with Dawson. But in reality, I think Joey was more like Pacey. They bother never knew what they wanted..when in the end, it was them who they wanted. |

I'm still mad at Kevin Williamson. My best friend and I were fighting about the finale yesterday. I'm still in shock. I dunno if anyone noticed but they took us for fools cause in the previews there was a scene where Joey opened up a box, a jewelry box where it kinda looked like she was gonna be asked to marry someone. I didn't see that anywhere on the show. They should make an alternate ending. I'm angry that Dawson and Joey didn't end up together but in a way Dawson was better off, she didn't deserve him, every single time they broke up was cause of her, for example "oh I gotta be alone to find myself and then get a gay BF", or "you told on my daddy so I don't like you" and "you slept with me and had a gf? it makes me feel so cheap" Arg, I don't like Katie Holmes, she acted like a diva all the time and actually refused doing scenes cause they were out of character and such, it wouldn't surprise me opne bit that she threw a tantrum so that her character wouldn't marry Dawson. Sigh, I think I'll take a break,lol. |

Thanks Skylar, I think a note to Mr. Kevin Williamson is a very good idea, although it will probably be ignored. Yea, I was thinking about that last night in bed, I do remember seeing Joey get a ring in the previews.. I do recall Kevin Williamson saying, "Most people are like, 'What's it going to be? I want Dawson! I want Pacey!'" "When I sat down to write it, I wrote it both ways and I realized I could do it all," he said. ." So, I am guessing that he put the "Sam/Joey, Colbey/Dawson together in Dawson's show "The Creek," and put Pacey and Joey together in real life. Which is still stupid! |

I know, of course it's stupid and not to mention sad. It was Dawson living his life the way he wanted it through the show. People are saying (and I hope it's true) that the finale left a possibility seeing as Dawson still had not made it big in his career, meaning making movies like Spielberg and Joey didn't actually end up married to Pacey. I dunno if you know but it was Michelle Williams' idea to kill off her character so she wouldn't have to come back to do Dawson's Creek, why do that if there wasn't a chance of there being a movie or special later on? |

Yea, that makes sense. I tell ya, I would be the happiest person in the world if they happen to do a movie on Dawsons Creek, let it pick up were it left off, and finally have Dawson and Joey together, the way I feel it should be |

dawson and joey are together... the way it was meant to be... in his movies....his life isn't with joey... his life wouldn't make her happy... Pacey is the right choice(and there is more likely to be a spin off if it's pacey no way would "dawson" be ready to reprise the role... from what i hear he is the reason the show finally ended... i'd disgruntled on how they rushed the end and those actors who played them on the "creek days" where the heck did they get them?? they were horrid!  |
