I don't do any bidding on the net, and this is why. It sucks that this has happened to you, but I would chalk this up to life's lessons. |

Look over their Faqs and rules.. see what it says about being them being responsible for any rip offs. If they say they are not held responisble call the Better Business Beau and see what they say. God Bless |

I've never had a problem with eBay, but I'm sure it goes on. It's not a real auction anyway. These eBay companies buy up end lines, videos from defunct video stores and put them on eBay. |

pay with a money order, then contact the post office or whoever and get a refund, you can also charge the person with mail fraud. |

Thre are things you can do. I bid & sell on Ebay. Talk to Customer Service. It's the only way to get something done. |

I never pay with a money order. I pay by check or a credit card only. That way if there is a problem I could put a stop on the account. In the past I paid someone(not on ebay) with a money order and it took so long to get things straighten out. A couple of years ago I had a problem with a camp ground and I disputed the payment that I had made with a credit card to the camp ground owner and within a few days the money was put back into my account. The credit card company took care of it. I imagine it would be the same if I had a problem with ebay. My son and I deal with them a lot and so far, we have never had a problem with them. |

I heard so much about E-bay and decided to shop for a bean bag chair there for my grandson. The stores around here did not have any at all. Th picture presented was that it was hunter green and only been sat on 4 times and was in excellent shape,ha ha!! I sent a check and when it arrived, it was cloth and it was suppose to be vinyl, it was turquoise and absolutely full of white pet hair, so much that you could not vacuum it off. I think it was a pets bed. It was old and wore out. I was so upset. Itried to get my money back but never did. I wasn't offered much help at all. I threw it away as I did the 60.00 I paid for it. I decided then that I would never buy anything from anther source like that again. I did find one while travelling to another town and it is so big and nice and I paid 40.00 for it! I am sorry for your trouble, I know how you feel. |
