You could try those weight gainer shakes that body builders drink. Just don't exercise when you drink them...I would think that would make you gain weight. ![]() |

Im not sure how to get you body fat if your just burning it right off but be greatful for that because not so many people are that lucky. Hopefully when you said you regurgitated it you meant it was reflex and you didnt do it purposly or else then you should know why your so skinny. If your appearance is all your worried about then try some body building or weight lifting to bulk you up. EAT CARBS!!! things like noodles and bread have lots of carbs in them and they are the best thing to eat when weight lifting. You said that you used to have a slow metabolism and then all of a sudden its fast??? thats kind of odd because usually its the opposite. Its possible that you could have a tape worm or some sort of parasite. you might want to see a doctor. *hugs* ![]() |

I wish I had an answer for you, unfortunately, my problem is the opposite of yours, my metabolism is too slow. I walk 3 miles a day, and do an hour of aerobics 4 times a week as well as sticking to a very strict diet, all to maintain my 260 lb frame. My doctor says I'm healthy as a horse, but is puzzled by my extra slow metabolism. If you find something to help you, let me know what it is, and I'll try the opposite! :-) -ToDieFor- ![]() |

Yummy...nice mental picture there Clubbs *winks* Eat at least 4 pieces of fruit a day (trust me on this) and don't pig out. Goddess, I'm envious of you. I have a slow metabolism rate. I mean SLOW!!! I was spending ages eating low calorie stuff and exercising and I still wasn't losing weight! GRRR! :-p ![]() |
