I have scary dreams like that too. I am an ex-cutter and I take Prozac. I have friends on Effexor and they don't complain about nightmares. I think just going through the trauma of depending on cutting for relief has scarred you and the nightmares are just a part of the cycle of letting go. As I said, I have them too and they are scary but don't let them frighten you too much.. it'll all be OK.   |

Hi Zeta-Psi, I hope you are feeling better. I think you should report the symptoms to your doctor and start to keep a journal; recording your thoughts and feelings. Oh one more thing, when you go to bed remind yourself that you control your dreams at night, think on things that give you hope and inspiration. Take care  |

definitly tell the doctor about the nightmares. if it is related to the meds, he will be able to tell you. it might just be, as rika said, because of everything you went through with the cutting. i hope it get's better for you. (hugs)  |

cutting is a form of self-mutilation caused by a demonic spirit, one that will confuse and deceive u. Why isnt self-mutilation bruising or some other type of injury? The letting of blood is symbolic,the spirit is making u slowly sacrifice yourself little by little to it. First thing u should do is cease any type of occult activity. There is no pill that will keep a spirit away. Your body is a holy temple created by God. Evil spirits hating that which is of God, wants to deface it. Sometimes through a person;s pic, i have been able to detect presence of a evil spirit. Your pic #3 confirmed what i suspected. I will not go into detail, out of respect for your privacy, and i am not sure if u want to know, but u can pm me and i can show u the negative image of your pic, and a few other things.. Please be careful, ur story really hit me, i feel u are in danger.  |

Zeta i dont have yahoo id or aim, i saw a couple of spirits in the back ground of your pic, i magnified the pic and to the left of your face is where the main 1 was, plus i have photo software that does a reverse image to see also, look at shimmerkiss's post about the grim reaper, my site hosts the negative reverse pic for her |

Don't be scared. You have to concure you fears your they will take over you!!! Think before you do something. You can change your dreams whenever another dream like this comes up, consintrate and stop yourself from cutting yourself!!!!!! God is with you and he loves you!!! Never think he doesn't, he is always with you and he will guide you through your problems you just have to listen to your heart and soul!!!!!! Blessed be.
