Rubbing your eyes when there is something in there is a BIG no no..You probably moved it, and could possibly have scratched the eye..pull down on your eyelid..hold it down and let the eye tear up..sometimes this will flush whatever is in there out..If you havent moved it too far up into the socket that is  |

it might be out and u just dont know it becouse if you rub your eyes with something in there it will sometimes scratch the lense of your eyes and thats probably what hurts now you probably scratched it....if it still hurts tomorrow you might want to go to the eye doctor to make sure nothings still in there and that the scratch wont get infected  |

dont scratch it ever again okies? it might go deeper and cause even more pain what i do is pull my lid over my eye and then breathe through ur nose it always works for me hope i helped! Much luv~  |
