Becky makes a good point......but it's what I did....and everyone was ok with it cuz they had suspected it all along....you really have to weigh the good and bad of the decision though  |

I think it depends on your parents and how you think they'll react to you telling them before you leave. Either way it could burn bridges, you know your parents better than anyone else and I don't think there's a right or wrong answer.  |

ahh i was afraid of that. i mean i dont want my family mad at me. so should i tell them here, or come back and tell them? i dont want to live in the US, but then i dont want my family mad at me. geeze a choice. i love him very much. i've told my mom i want to stay, but she told me to wait until i meet him, come back and then go back. its really confusing  |

*agrees with Beckster* She took the words right out of my.. well comment.. On All of her responses... But it would be better for you to go visit, then come back to the states, then leave again.. because you can get the international status paperwork done, and also you will know whether or not this is really the choice for you. I know I wouldnt jump into a decision like that, even if it was over Nakoma.. Its all about carefully considering all the possibilities before and after, your visit, that's what really matters..   |
