Summer Days =)

Sometimes visions of happiness
Are just to great, to express with words
And the only thing you can do... is smile...

I've worked so hard toward the changing seasons
Wishing for the bright colored leaves to fall...
And winter, to melt away
For Spring to bloom...and follow into summer days
With a warm breeze against my face and the sun guiding me

I've imagined warm summer days
Waking up to the smell of the ocean,
Waves crashing, inviting

Family gathering together,
To break bread among each other,
The smell of food cooking outside and the laughter,
Arising from the excitment of enjoying life

Swimming, sunbathing....
Hugging and holding along the beach
Sunlight and moonlight...
Guiding the passion of the days to come

Vacation with the family,
Boat trips and amusement parks
Long car rides filled with the music of joy

New beginnings and great changes
Another year past, and another to come
I long wait, for the summer days

Sometimes the best of moments cannot be captured within words
But often felt, and seen, with a smile
