There are different techniques in "learning" how to OBE...To some it comes naturally and to others it takes a lot of practice and meditation skills. I dont think there is a way that you can just get it, especially if it doesnt come naturally.  |

Ug I'm so mad! Lol I typed out my response to this post and then I forgot to send the darn thing! Anyway what I was trying to say was that there are a lot of techniques that people have taken the time to type out so just look through and i'm sure you'll find a lot  I have one on how to get out from a dream state and i'm sure that Leppy has some also.
