Once there was a little fairy princess named Lilliana. She lived with her momma and papa the King and Queen, in a beautiful castle, hidden from human view by a magic spell. The little fairy had everything she could want, there were lots of parties and music and dancing every night. She had a nursemaid who told her stories and helped her play dress up. Lilliana had beautiful dresses and lots of sparkly make up (which she wore everyday of course).
Though she had everything her parents thought she could want. The little fairy wanted more, she wanted the stars from the sky. But though her parents were the most powerful fairies in the land, they could not lift the spell holding the stars in their places. So her mother and father decided to hold a call to the people far and wide, for the one who could give their daughter a star.
