Wash your hair with cold water. Contrary to what people think cold water, not hot water is better for removing oil. Might sound like I wanna try and make a salad outta your hair but you can also try some vinegar. |

LOL Skylar.. Poster: I agree, try using vinagar. That should take it out, you might need to do it a couple of times. Or you can go to the store and buy the shampoo that is made to remove the oils and stuff out of your hair. It is like a hair stripper but it is gentle to the hair. Hope it works. God Bless |

Okay, this is what I read about Avril, I read that she hates to shampoo her hair and uses some kind of dry shampoo powder to absorb the oil in her hair. Maybe, some salon or some hair stores like Sally's has this powder to absorb the oil in your hair? |

JG has the right idea. If you can't find the powder, use baby powder. Just use it lightly. |

Oil is good for the hair, especially long hair. After you oil it you should blot it off with kitchen roll before washing it. Give it a good lathering - twice if you have too. The thing is not to overdo it on the oil. Also, best to put it on the ends which tend to be drier. |

you need a shampoo to remove oil from your hair.. if you want a quick job wash your hair with your liquid dish soap(this stuff is made to remove cooking oil) scrub it in nice and good wait a minute then rince.... |
