Medusa are you getting enough sleep ? You need to give your body PLENTY of rest to make a full recovery . I also recommend you take vitamins and echinacea in the future . This will help you out bunches ! I take echinacea and vitamins and I have not gotten sick in years ! I used to be a sickly child , but those days are long gone . Razzy aka |

About 8 years ago I had bronchitus, pnuemonia, and a sinus infection all at once I was sick for about 3 weeks before I went to see a doctor because i did not have insurance finally when I could barely move my husband took me to the E.R and found out what was wrong with me. The dr yelled at me for not seeking medical care sooner and told me if I had waited much longer I might not have been able to get well so easily he said I may have ended up in ICU or worse. ABout two weeks after I got over it I got a really bad kidney infection and kidney stones...needless to say that was about two months going back and forth to teh doctor's before tehy finally figured out it was kidney stones so I understand completely how you feel. Just remember that when you are sick especially when you are unning a fever you need to drink lots and lots of fluids. Hope you start feeling better real soon. |

awwww...poor baby (sorry, couldn't resist. LMAO) seriously though, i have had bronchitis before, and i know how terrible it is. and i have always said i can handle any cold i get, but i can not handle a fever or the flu. then i am a big baby. lol but i know how it feels to worry. i worry about everything as far as my health goes. maybe your antibiotic wasn't strong enough. i do agree with the person who said echinacea. i take that too (usually) and it is good.i hope the Dr does something to make you feel better. in the mean time, get lots of rest. believe me, i know how hard that can be to do, but try to anyway. hope you feel better soon (hugs) |

How would you like a pinch? LOL I am trying to rest up but I find it hard to just lay around and watch everything ike dishes I have to have the sink cleared,I do not like to have the dishes pile up,well it seems that if I don't get to them they will sit and pile up more LOL but I don't think sitting in front of the computer is technically called resting either LOL |

maybe it as an anti-biotic that you had before and your immune to it?? ask for a blood test and see if they can find anything... pick up some vicks vapor rub to rub on your chest it helps with the breathing and the chest pains(i get chest pains often and the doc can't figure why)... and remember this(i was told this from a doc at the hospital and i think it's a good thing to remember) It's not the fever itself what is bad for you... it's what is causing the fever have you taken something to lower the fever?? (advil or something?) |

LOL. yes, i know how hard it is to stay "resting" for too long. i end up lying there thinking "boy, there is so much work i could be getting done right now." then, everytime i am sick, my son has to call "MOMMY!!!!! COME HERE!" lol. those ADHD kids can keep ya going too. lol. if you try to rest, and they're quiet, you're wondering what damage is being done. lol. so drink lots of water and gets lots of sleep (as much as possible, anyway. lol) i expect you to be back here in a day or two better than new! hehehe. |
