Ghosts and how to deal with them.

I disagree! If you swear at a ghost, chances most likely are that there will be serious reprocussions! Once someone taunted some spirits and his wife became pocessed! It is very important you try and talk nicely to the dead, you should treat them with respect and reverence. Never treat them badly, because a ghost is like a mirror...if you do something bad to it...it will do something bad to you.
