What does this dream mean?

Ever since December of the year 1999, I've had this dream where I'm paralyzed. It use to happen very often but now it happens like once a month, but it's still scary. The first time I had it I was just paralyzed and felt like I was being lifted up by a beam of some sort. But as I keep on having the dream it has beacome more intense. Now it's more like a force that is pushing down on me and pulling me from all directions, so that I can't move. I have difficulty breathing. And I try to fight the force but it's very hard to know where it is. It seems to be everywhere. I can only wake up when I am able to move my right arm, which is always the first thing that is able to move. When I first had this dream I thought I was abducted by a UFO, but now I'm not really sure what it is, maybe it is just a dream, but it feels so real because I am aware of my surroundings and can hear what is going on around me....I recently had this dream again and this time there was a loud buzzing in my head, and eventhough I was unable to move I felt like I was being seperated from my body, and starting to float. But somehow I forced myself to get back in my body.

I have developed insomnia. I can't sleep until daylight most nights because I don't want to have that dream.
