Ever since December of the year 1999, I've had this dream where I'm paralyzed. It use to happen very often but now it happens like once a month, but it's still scary. The first time I had it I was just paralyzed and felt like I was being lifted up by a beam of some sort. But as I keep on having the dream it has beacome more intense. Now it's more like a force that is pushing down on me and pulling me from all directions, so that I can't move. I have difficulty breathing. And I try to fight the force but it's very hard to know where it is. It seems to be everywhere. I can only wake up when I am able to move my right arm, which is always the first thing that is able to move. When I first had this dream I thought I was abducted by a UFO, but now I'm not really sure what it is, maybe it is just a dream, but it feels so real because I am aware of my surroundings and can hear what is going on around me....I recently had this dream again and this time there was a loud buzzing in my head, and eventhough I was unable to move I felt like I was being seperated from my body, and starting to float. But somehow I forced myself to get back in my body. How it changed my life:I have developed insomnia. I can't sleep until daylight most nights because I don't want to have that dream.
