Helpless and Watching

I was reading about dreams and how they can actually mean more than just your thoughts. I've had one dream that really stuck on my mind. About 8 months ago my boyfriend and I broke up after 4 1/2 years together. I talked to him on the phone one evening and that night I had this dream that woke me up out of a sound sleep.... I was driving down a dark highway and up the road I saw police cars and lots of flashing lights. I was going to turn around but decided to go just to be a nib! Well, when I arrived at the sene a policeman asked me if my name was Kelli? I said yes and he told me to pull over to the side. Thats when I saw my ex-boyfriends car in the middle of the road. It was so dark and snowny outside, I could hardly see anything. I started to yell and demand to know what was going on, but no one would tell me. I felt so scared and helpless. I walked over to an ambulance and demanded to know right now what was going on, after begging they told me my ex died instanly. I will never forget how I felt that moment. I cried and actually made myself wake up. It was around 3'oclock in the morning, but I had to call him and see if he was alright. It was so real like there was a meaning behind it, I just can't figure out what it is.

I have learned to appricate what we have right now because they can be taken away in an instant.
