Wake up   Author: 17  Category:(UFO) Created:(8/28/1999 10:23:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (1098 times) I was about 25 years old at the time, my x-wife her husband and my 3 year old daughter were stationed in Italy. One day when I was at work I got a call from my mother telling me that the town that my daughter lived in had been flooded and that it was all over the news. She told me that there was alot of people missing, mostley children. My mother was crying, she said the news showed pictures of the towns and you couldnt even tell that there was houses there, everything was under water. I realy didnt know what to think at that moment , I just wanted to know if my daughter was fine. At that time I was a reborn christian of about 1 year. I got down on my knees at work along with my friend John Koerner and we prayed to GOD that things would be fine. For two weeks I couldnt find anything out! The red cross couldnt help me, the military couldnt help me, the phone lines were all down so I couldnt get a call through. I couldnt sleep,eat,or work anymore! At hte end of the second week I finaly planned to go to Italy myself, but all of the sudden I was somehow reminded of my faith. I went to my knees again asking GOD for forgivness of my sins, and also for not putting all my faith in him, instead I was trying to do things myself. I told GOD that I knew whether my daughter was alive or dead she was in good hands and I knew that he would take good care of her. As I kept on praying I felt a tingle all over my body, at that time I knew that GOD was with me. For some reason I couldnt say anything or think anything, I was just nunb all over. At that time GOD came to me in a spirit and told me 'My son, you have done well.' 'All I want is for to put all your trust and all your faith in me.' 'Dont worry about your daughter, she will sall you tomarrow.' At that time something told me to open my eyes and I did. What I saw was not a ghost, but Jesus Christ (GOD in the flesh) praying along with me. He stretched out his arm and put it around me, it felt as it was a huge wing, and he held me. After that I cant remember much, all I remember is that I was woken up by a phone call. Yes, it was my daughter. I can still hear her words,'Hi daddy, its me, Im ok.' Noone has to perform studies on this to know how,where and why this happened. All you got to do is put your faith in GOD, not in ufo's or ghosts or things that are not of GOD, its free, no strings attatched. Just ask GOD to forgive you of whatever sins you have and to show you how to live a better way. If spirits is what drive you, give your life to Jesus and he will show you a spirital world. o How it changed my life: Now, when I see my daughter, Im reminded of the blessings I have and how quickly things can change. But being right with GOD makes desisions easy when the unexpected happens.
