I am a 51 yr old woman is is desperatly trying to find my mother whom I haven't seen in 46 years!!! My parents marriage ended in 1951 & she left. I have been actively trying to find her since 1977, the year my Dad gave me all the pictures he saved of her. Her last known address was in Buffalo, NY in 1956!!! Her birth name is BETTY MARIE AUSTIN & she was born in Toronto, ONTARIO, CANADA to her parents - Fred & Sarah Austin who were originally from the USA, so it's suspected she moved back to the United States to obtain an American citizenship. In 1993 I found out she has a sister DORIS (possibly Gallant)who may be in THORNHILL, ONTARIO but can't seem to find her either. She also has a brother Bill (married to Gertrude) & they have 3 kids: Harold, Alvin & Evelyn, possibly in the SIMCOE, ONTARIO are. Also another brother Frederick Harold, who it's said died in WWII while he was in the US Marines, but not sure if this is true or not. All these AUSTIN siblings grew up In the SIMCOE, ONTARIO area on their Dad's tobacco farm in the 30's, until they became Wards of the Court (CHILDREN'S AID SOCIETY) in 1933. The boys went back to their Dad's farm because of their age & Betty & Doris remained foster kids until their marriages. So if my information is correct - my Mother is likely living in the BUFFALO, NEW YORK AREA. I am not interested in WHY she left, that's in the past. I would like to share the future with her, as well as my twin daughters, son & granddaughter. My Dad died in 1995 & he was the best Dad around, but I have a hole in my soul without her. I would love to have the chance to tell her so, before it's too late. So if anyone knows of these 4 AUSTIN SIBLINGS, would you please contact me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE?? You can contact me at my email address, which I check DAILY, it is: lmstuart@hotmail.com I am living in NOVA SCOTIA, CANADA & want SO much to find her. Thanks, in advance, to anyone who can assist me, after all 46 years is a long time. She is going on 74 yrs of age now & I am 51 & would also like to obtain some medical history as well. Thanks to all who read this & God bless!! Lynda M. Stuart (nee Carnochan) How it changed my life:I grew up without my Mother & had a very lonely life because of it. I want so much to find her before it is too late!! My life would be a miracle if I could contact/find her & tell her I have always missed & loved her
