This event happened to my brother and his wife in Amsterdam, Holland. At the time, they were desperate to find an apartment, so they took the best one they could find. Mind you, most of the apartments that are for rent in Amsterdam, are fairly old. My brother was working late, his wife was pregnant with their first son, so she was always alone at home. Strange occurances began after his wife had nightmares night after night for the next 3 months. She kept dreaming about a little devil child trying to stab her with a knife, aiming at her stomach that contained the unborn child. The rooms were always cold. One night, she received new China dishes from her parents. She began setting them up in the cabinets and then the cabinets started shaking. she stepped away from the cabinets, thinking that there was an earthquake or something. All of the dishes shot out of the cabinets and fell at her feet. When my brother got home from work, she told him the whole story. My brother, being skeptical, didn't believe her, and thought that the cabinets were just loose. Then another strange thing started to happen, on one of their walls, a fungus began to develop. His wife couldn't reach it to clean it, and with being pregnant and weary of the safety of her child, she didn't want to try to clean it. The reason being is that the fungus eventually started spelling a word out. It started to spell,'Kil....' My brother and his wife decided that it was time to move out. Before any other strange happenings would occur, or before it could finish spelling out the word,'Kill.' How it changed my life:I wasn't there to witness, or study the event. But I'm sure that it made my brother a believer of unrestful spirits.
