Bedside apparition

I was laying in bed around 3:00 in the morning. I was awakened by a light or something outside I really don't remember. I saw a figure that looked like he was orange because of the street lights eminating from outside. He looked like he could've been 50-60 years old. He had a horrifying expression on his face. It looked almost like he was mad at me. I laid there wide eyed wondering what to do. I wanted to call help but my mouth stayed shut for some reason. A car passed by shining light into the room and for a second he disapeared. But when the car was gone he reapeared in the same spot just glaring at me. For a second I saw his mouth move but no sound came out. I forced myself to go to sleep, under my covers that is, and finally I did. The next morning I told my mom what had happened and she beleived that by asking it to leave it would leave. So she did. When she finished, I swear to this day I heard my couch creak as if something were getting off of it and leaving. If! you think it's just coincidence, that's a pretty big coincidence.

It made me horrified sometimes to be in the house by myself. I would even sleep facing the wall.
