Matches in the closet   Author: 17  Category:(Ghosts) Created:(8/28/1999 10:33:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (3952 times) When my mom was little about 8 or 9, her and her friend were in her apartment alone. Both of there moms were outside talking. Right across the hall from my moms apartment was an old lady with a dog. My mom used to call the dog 'Lasie' because it was the same kind of dog as Lasie and it always protected her. So then one day when my mom and her friend had a whole bunch of matches..they decided they were going to light them and then throw them around. As soon as they decided to do that,they went into the closet to get the matches and they saw a dog. It looked exactly like the dog that my mom call Lasie. It scared them and they closed the door, and never got the matches out. But the only thing was that it wasn't really a dog..it was a ghost. How it changed my life: Now my mom has always said if it wasn't for the dog then she would have died. So now she loves dogs, and she knew that the reason why that dog scared them was because the dog wanted to protect them.
