My name is Heather, and I am desperatly searching for a lost friend. His name is Josh Rosales. The last place he lived was in Oak Harbor Washington. I have looked everywhere on the internet and in the phonebook, but, can't seem to find anything. His mothers' name is Barbara Strom, and step-father Shawn Strom. Before my family and I moved away from Washington his parents had adopted a girl named Michelle. He also has a brother Jason.
